
MashUp is a community nonprofit that uplifts LGBTQ+ people of color through arts, culture, and year-round programs. Their impact was strong; their daily visibility wasn’t. Their content was inconsistent across social media channels and they also needed guidance on reaching their target audience. MashUp! Weekend 2025 is their flagship event and it needed a cohesive identity and rollout plan so every announcement, ticket drop, sponsor touchpoint, and honoree spotlight felt connected.
We partnered with MashUp for a full year to give them day-to-day visibility and brand MashUp! Weekend 2025 cohesively. We built a content strategy that spoke directly to their audience with defined content pillars, on-brand templates, and scroll-stopping captions, and started their weekly broadcast, MashUp! TV. For their big annual event, we created a unified visual identity, story and post kits, honoree and sponsor assets, created ad campaigns, and a rollout plan that sequenced announcements, ticket pushes, and partner spotlights. We aligned web, email, and social, then ran monthly analytics reviews to refine what worked.
